Tickets are valid only for the specific date, time, and location indicated on the ticket. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.

4. Theater Conduct

When visiting our theaters, guests must:

• Respect other patrons and staff
• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
• Refrain from recording or filming any portion of the movie
• Not bring outside food or beverages (exceptions may apply for medical or infant needs)
• Comply with age restrictions for rated content

Royal Theaters reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest who violates these policies or engages in disruptive behavior.

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from Royal Theaters are subject to the following terms:

• Gift cards do not expire
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law
• Gift cards are valid at all Royal Theaters locations

6. Theater Rentals

Private theater rentals are subject to availability and additional terms provided at the time of booking. Rental agreements must be made in advance and payment is required to confirm the reservation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Royal Theaters website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Royal Theaters or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Royal Theaters shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, or any other matter relating to our services.
