How do I pick up / access tickets I bought online?

When you purchase tickets online you'll be emailed a confirmation with a QR code. Scan that QR code at the theater when you arrive. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, come to the theater and staff can look up your order by your name and email.

I bought tickets online but never got a confirmation email.

Accepted Answer

If your transaction went through but you didn't receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder first. If it's not there, come to the theater and staff can look up your order and print your tickets for you.

What time does the box office open?

The box office opens 30 minutes before the first showtime of the day. Check the showtimes page for that day's first show: royaltheatersinc.com/showtimes/idaho-falls or royaltheatersinc.com/showtimes/blackfoot.

Can I cancel my tickets?

You should be able to cancel through the app or website where you purchased. If you're having trouble cancelling, submit a complaint form at royaltheatersinc.com/complaint and we'll help sort it out. Include your name, email, movie, showtime, and theater location.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds for most situations. Submit a refund request form at royaltheatersinc.com/complaint with your name, email, theater location, movie, date, showtime, and reason — we'll review it and follow up.

Can I change my seats?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the easiest way is to come into the theater and staff can make the change for you on the spot. If you can't come in, submit a form at royaltheatersinc.com/complaint with the details and we'll do our best to help, but it may take 24–48 hours for the team to respond.

Can I get a copy of my receipt?

Accepted Answer

If you purchased online, a receipt should have been emailed to you. If you didn't receive one, come to the theater and staff can provide a receipt. You can also submit a request at royaltheatersinc.com/complaint and we'll follow up.

I can't find my tickets / can't access my tickets online.

Accepted Answer

Come to the theater with the name and email used for the purchase and staff can pull up your order. If you'd like us to look into it beforehand, submit a report at royaltheatersinc.com/complaint with your name, email, movie, showtime, and theater location.

How long will a movie be in theaters?

We can show showtimes for the next 14 days on our showtimes page. We don't always know in advance how long a movie will run beyond that — check back on the showtimes page for the latest schedule.

Will a specific movie be coming to your theaters?

Check our Coming Soon page at royaltheatersinc.com/coming-soon — we add movies there as soon as we have confirmed we're getting them. If it's not listed yet, we don't have confirmed information at this time.

• Adult (ages 13–54): $7.00
• Child (ages 12 & under): $5.00
• Senior (ages 55+): $5.00
• Military: $5.00
• 3 & under: FREE
• Matinee: $5.00
• 3D (Adult): $9.00
• 3D (Child/Senior/Military/Matinee): $7.00
• VIP seats: add $1.00 to any ticket price
• Tuesdays: $5.00 all seats at all locations
