Job Summary:

Royal Theaters employees provide excellent customer service while helping daily theater operations run smoothly. Team members assist guests, maintain clean facilities, and support concession and ticketing activities to ensure a positive movie-going experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful customer service

• Sell movie tickets and process transactions accurately

• Prepare and serve concession items such as popcorn, drinks, and snacks

• Maintain cleanliness in auditoriums, lobby, restrooms, and concession areas

• Check tickets and direct guests to correct auditoriums

• Restock concession supplies and merchandise

• Follow safety, sanitation, and company policies

• Assist with theater opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment

• Basic math and cash-handling skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning tasks
